RootAdmin domain

We have set a Qlik Sense server up in our LAN.

I am perfectly able to access it through windows PCs, Chrome, by using the rootadmin username and password.

When I try to use an iPad's Safari to access the server, it requests "domain\username". What is the domain in this case?

Domain is your Company's infrastructure name

Like CORP\aehmank or HR\aehmank

In this case CORP or HR is my domain (Network Name)

If you do not know your Domain create a Text box and type in =OSUser()

This would give you your domain.

and try entering full domain name as required thru handheld device maybe it would work?
