Hi, I want to do row to column transformation in Straight Table , I have attached below snapshot please suggest me some logic.

Your image doesn't really show anything except some headers without explanation...
Generally speaking, if you want to have a dimension to be used to split data into columns, you should use a pivot table, not a straight table.
