SAML Okta configuration

Hi All,

We are trying to get the latest group assigned to users in OKTA. I cannot see the update group names in Qlik sense, it shows the old group names unless we delete that user and try logging back in from OKTA.

Qlik sense is not able to take groups from SAML sent by OKTA. It still uses the old profile/groups stored internally.

Is there a task we could create to refresh the groups sent by OKTA, if yes then how can we do it.

What version of Qlik Sense are you running?
And you can create a UDC to perform a schedule synch of the group data.
