Sankey diagram Qliksense

I have a sankey diagram and I want to show totals in the squares as it is written in this picture. Is it possible in qliksense?

The Sankey diagram I've used from qlik branch is quite basic in as far as customisation.   You'd need to look at creating your own extension to achieve this look.
