Scatter chart with box like reference lines

Hi ,

Is it possible to create box like structure of reference lines within the scatter chart.

Like Max,min,avg reference lines we can already add.

Please help.

Below is the desired chart with box like reference lines.

I am able to draw the chart in qlikview ..but not with box like reference lines.

Below is my effort.
