Section Access and Slow Opening App from November 2019

Hi,

I have an app on our environment with a Section Access.

Open the app was always fast on the past; now after November 2019 upgrade open the app on the morning is taking more than 3 minutes.

I installed SR1 right now and nothing is changed.

Related to my previous message, so I'm the only one having this issue with November 2018 release?

I have notised the same thing after uppgrading from 2019 june. I installed patch 4, nov 2019. 

I havn't found the reason yet though. Please update this thread if you got the answer.
