Section access Issue

Hi All, i am facing issue while implementing section access, using below logic,

LOAD * INLINE [
ACCESS, USERID, MARKET,BRAND
USER, VCN\U1, THAILAND,B1
above logic is working fine same way i have added new market and brand, here facing issue,when i open the application by default all the Brands is coming.

section access;

LOAD * INLINE [
ACCESS, USERID, MARKET,BRAND
USER, VCN\U1, THAILAND,B1

USER, VCN\U1, INDONESIA,B2

section application;

please help me on this issue.

Issue is resolved. i have created Key for Market and Brand now i see as expected output.
