Section access works for all but one

Hi guys,

In my section access, I set the same rule for a group of user. One person in this user group got denied while she shouldn't be, but things work fine for others. I'm wondering why this is happening?

Could you check, If she on-boarded to specific group?

Yes, I checked everything. Her settings are identical to everybody else in that group.

I can play around with information, Can i know how the group setup in section access? Please check whether you have written correct LAN ID / EMAIL etc. information in the group.
