We made some changes to security rules in QMC to restrict who can create apps based on the users AD group. Whilst this appears to be correct when checking Audit in QMC the changes are not reflected when the user logs in to the Hub.
We have tested the new security rule in our development environment and it works successfully so we are fairly confident that the rule is valid - which is backed up by what we can see in Audit. We have run the User Sync process.
There seems be a time delay between the change made in QMC and it filtering through to Hub access. We have also seen this when creating a stream access security rule - access was not successfully updated on the Friday but by Monday morning it had.
Has anyone experienced this and if so can you give advice on the issue?
