Send 1 Sheet of Qlik Sense dashboard over email

Hi All,

Can I send entire 1 Sheet (66 KB) within the dashboard over email? I tried the subscription option with those whom the Dashboard is already shared, still they are not able to receive it via email. 
Is there any way around except NPrinting?

Hi 

You should be able to achieve this using the Subscription functionality. Have you checked the following? 

- Have you have set up your email server in the Management Console? (Settings > Email)

- If you are setting up the subscription for other users, make sure the sheet you want the subscription for is public.

Everything that @Qlikstu says is spot on.

Note that there is also the option of sending sheets using Qlik Automations. This is a bit more fiddly to set up, but allows you to send sheets to users who do not have permissions on the application the sheet is coming from.

Note also that NPrinting is not an option with Qlik Cloud, it only works on Client Managed. As you are referencing subscriptions it sounds like NPrinting will not work for you.

Yes I did  check the email settings. I have the email id setup.

The sheet I'm sending is also public.

HI @pradnya_avrioc 

Are you getting any error messages in the event log when it fails to work?

What are you seeing on this page of your Management Console:

https://xxxxxxxxx.xx.qlikcloud.com/console/subscriptions

Are you sure that the email is not getting blocked on receipt?

What happens when you do Send Now from the subscriptions page of QMC?

It is coming as "Review your Settings"

Certainly sounds like SMTP settings. Can you try a different SMTP server?
