Hi Paolo, thanks for the update - is it safe to assume that "something" in your environment on the other machine caused the installation to fail, we are just not sure what it is yet?
I have seen some uncommon issues where the .NET framework was not 4.5.2, however the new one was not downloaded automatically.
Let me know if you would like to continue to troubleshoot this, or just move on with the new machine can you c an being working with Qlik Sense.

I think I'll use the "unofficial" computer for now.

I went through a similar problem ...
Use Revo Uninstaller Program revomver the current installation
or that already have installed such as .net
- Disable your Antivirus
- Check to Run as board administrator
Run the application - Click the right mouse button and Place to check
Windows and will check and you just follow the additional steps
Have you tried installing Win 7 SP1?
.NET 4.5.2 requires SP1 according to this page: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42643
Updating to SP1 has resolved similar problems for others.
