Sense 2.0 with netonly

Hi,

I'm having trouble running Sense 2.0.1 with runas /netonly on Windows 7.

Running it from the Start Menu works without a problem, but after editing the shortcut to

C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /netonly /user:REX\1266XX "C:\Users\dfedxx\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\QlikSense.exe"

it no longer works as expected.There is no application window opened, but there is a process started for QlikSense.exe (detected in Task Manager)

I hope anyone can help me resolving this issue.
