Hi

We need to read all the users from an active directory

The connector seems to be well configured because all users are correctly synced, but are not able to login.

Proxy log says:

Command=Login;Result=403;ResultText=Error: Access Denied. 'TryLogin'

All the users have a "root admin" role.

We have done many tests, the only way was to create a local user in the windows server, and than let them access via RDP

Doing this, the users are able login to Qlik using the form <domain>\<username>

Is this mandatory or we have done something wrong?

And, also you must allocate the user in the License usage summary.

All users have "root admin" role, they they don't need to view Apps

you want publish a dasboard??? or what's it's what you want to do?

They need to login to QMC and do some little administration activities

I think that is not a good Idea... it shoud be an administrator...

but if you want to do it... then you can share with them, the administrator's user and password.

The problem was that the server and users are on different domains, so windows  can't authenticate, even if the connector is working.

We have replicated alle the users in the other active directory.
