Server IP address could not be found

Hello all,

I need to roll out QS to some test users. I have configured the SSL certificate in the proxies successfully in QMC and I tested it by hitting the URL with the FQDN i.e. https://<localhost.domainname.com>/hub I could see the error message "server IP address could not be found" in chrome.

I followed the step instructed in the link: SSL config

I also checked by pinging the IP from my machine to DNS server it responds but it doesn't when I tried to ping using hostname.domain.com...

Please advise what IT or network team to solve? or by the product.

Looks like a DNS problem. If there is no way to resolve hostname.domain.com then it will not work. Network team should be able to help.
