ServerLogFolder and ArchivedLogsFolder Path Qlik Sense

Hi,

I see two variables in the Sense Operations Monitor application, they are

LET serverLogFolder   = 'lib://ServerLogFolder/'

LET archivedLogsFolder  = 'lib://ArchivedLogsFolder/'

I do not see their Library defined in the "Data Connections" pane either.

I want to know where these folder paths lie on a multi node environment ?

Help will be much appreciated !!

Thanks,

Umar

Go to QMC and then check those Folder connection in Data Connection Section in Left pane.

There you will get path of those folders..

While researching, I created new libraries to store in the variables "serverLogFolder" and  "archivedLogsFolder" as the Data Connections does not contain the libraries ServerLogFolder and ArchivedLogsFolder both in the application and in the QMC Data connections option.

So now, what should be the actual folder path of these two libraries ?

Thanks,

Umar

I am able to see those data connection in QMC..

Are you root admin?

You need to modify security rule of those connection to make it available in connection section of load script. By default only owner of the data connection can see it in Script.

Shraddha, thank you for the quick replies.

I am the content admin but not the root admin and looks like I'm unable to view those libraries because of this role as you say.

But whether or not I'm able to view those libraries, what should be the default ServerLogFolder and ArchivedLogsFolder path on a multi node site ?

Thanks,

Umar

what should be the default ServerLogFolder and ArchivedLogsFolder path on a multi node site ? Just so I can reload the application by defining new libraries.

Thanks,

Umar

for ArchivedLogsFolder :- C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs\

For ServerLogFolder :- C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\
