Service did not respond or could not process the request

Hello,

I recently updated my Qliksense Desktop app and am now encountering the error message:

{"type":"error","severity":"WARNING","message":"The service did not respond or could not process the request"}

whenever I attempt to launch the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times to no avail. Can anyone help troubleshoot?

I had the same issue. I fixed it by pressing F5 (refresh screen)

Thanks for the band aid. Is there any word from Qlik about a permanent fix?
