Usually it has nothing to do with the current consumption of CPU/RAM else it's just message that an error occured which couldn't be fixed. For it are various causes possible. If it happens only occasionally you may just ignore it. If it happens more often as accepted you will need to look into the various OS/Qlik log-files to detect any suspicious pattern.
