Set Analysis Syntax

Hi,

Can anyone explain me this expression:

Sum(TOTAL<Customer, ModelType,>{$<Event=,SubEvent=, SubEventChild==>}Days)

I am confused the syntax in RED. I understand that Event, SubEvent and SubEventChild filters are excluded here. Not sure the role of Customer and ModelType in this expression.

Please explain.

Thanks,
Sai

Using the TOTAL qualifier and set analysis inside your aggregation overrides the selection and disre...

That means if you have a table with dimensions of Customer and ModelType, it will calculate the Sum while ignoring them.  I know that the phrase "{$<Event=,SubEvent=, SubEventChild==>}" means to ignore the users selections, but I'm not sure if it also disregards the dimensions used in a table.
