Set Analysis

Hello Team,

We have four columns with same set of values.

For example ,

a>Overall Feedback

b>Agility

c>Dynamism

d>Responsive

All have same set of values Good , Average , Excellent ,Poor.

How to get a simple formula which counts sum of Good , Average , Excellent and Poor across four columns.

I have used a formula individually for all the four and it has become big.

Any shortcuts?

Thanks,

Arvind

If a particular row has a Good for Agility and Average of Responsive, would that be counted twice? One for Agility and one for Responsive?

May be the question could not be explained properly

For example below is table :

OverallFeedback, Agility ,Dynamism ,Responsive

Good ,Average,Poor,Excellent

Excellent,Poor,Average,Good

Average,Good,Good,Good

The requirement is count of Excellent across all four columns in this case it is 2 , count of Good is  5 , count of Average is 3 , count of Poor 2.

As of now the method i am using is set analysis and combination of 4 additions , can it be done in a single set analysis
