Show total in the last row / last column in pivot table

Is there any way to show the total in the last row / last column in pivot table?

I also looked for that initially, but then found that the default is at the top of the table and could not change it (at least I could not find a way). Once I showed the dashboard to a client and explained that this would eliminate the need for scrolling to the bottom to see the totals he actually liked it better.

And sorry, I didn't know that the request was specific to the location of the row/column, I just though you wanted to get a totals row/column
