Showing dimension values as zeroes in straight table even if there is no data

Hi, I want to show 18 fixed dimensions in a straight table where all the dimensions will be shown with zero value even if there is no values in the transaction table. Please suggest me if there is an expression to fix the dimensions even if we filter date or month and the dimension will be shown.
I have attached two snippets for example. If I select any date or month filter I want to show the dimensions as zero values as attached in snippet 2.

If I understand, you need to convert empty values to 0.

Under presentation tab ,uncheck "Suppress zero -values"
