Showing % on stacked bar chart per color breakdown

Need some help here so I have a stack bar chart that shows the total count of issues within my organization on a rolling 12 months basis. As you can see the I've used a stack bar chart to represent my data. How do I display % number by color split?

you need to change measures

like

Sum(sales)/sum(total Sales)

and make number format as %

Actually looking for something like that but i found a Plugin that can do that now.
