Simple reports from MySQL on AWS RDS

Very new to Qlik..

I have a couple of simple tables on a MySQL and thought I can use Sense Cloud to prototype some reports instead of my current Workbench->excel workflow.

I have my account setup but I cannot see how to connect to a MySQL source. Is it possible in Sense cloud? if yes how, if no, what is product do I need?

What do I need to get started ASAP? I just want to evaluate Qlip (free or at cost) and I am 1 week into my eval period and yet to understand how do I get to use Qlik, what product and be on boarded... )

Hello Hernan,

You would use Free Data Visualization Tool | Qlik Sense Desktop - Qlk Sense Desktop, install the MySQL ODBC Driver and configure an ODBC System DSN. Then use the ODBC connector. Refer to the previous discussion thread for more information and the video links.

If you want a trial of Enterprise - you would need to contact Qoncierge@qlik.com and let them know what you would like to do.
