Slash Direction in Qlik Sense

Hi guys,

I am new to Qlik Sense and a little bit confused with the correct direction of the Slashs in Sense.

I am seeing all varations of slash directions in the scripts, but wondering what is really correct?

Sense:

lib://SAP_Data/Material.qvd <- just using slash

[lib://Global_Data/01_Data\table mapping.xlsx] <-  using Slashs and black slash

I have the feeling that lib needs slash and going forward it does not matter if slash or back slash is used?

Thanks for your help.

If you use the "Select Data to load" feature in the data load editor, and goes down subfolders of a folder connection each new level is limited by backslashes, ie:

FROM [lib://folder_data/daily\trf\all_your_bases.qvd]
(qvd);

That obviously works, that's how Sense generates it.

I have not tried but I think you can change the backslashes to forward slashes, and it will still work
