Slow Server performance, need help with the log error

Hello guys,
I have developed a Qlik Sense apps on a Server, and I have around 21 reloads of all apps in 1 hour.

I have around 2 million logs written to the server.

The following errors in the logs are around 250 000

The server hasn't received this error in the last 2 days.

If i back up all the logs in a different location/server and delete them will this fix my performance issues?

I have calculated the annual creation of Log Files, and it is around 2,500,000.

Can I make logs be archived for the last month only?
