Some Script is coming on hover in chart

Hi,

On hover in bar chart some junk script is coming. I have given proper label to each dimension and measure but still this junk is coming on hover. If i refresh the page, junk is gone. 

Not sure what is happening. I am not using any extension.

Only happening in Stacked bar chart.

Which version? and is it happening after publishing the app?

We are using Feb 19 version of Qlik Enterprises. 

Same error with Published and Non Published apps.
