Sorting in Hour

Hi All,

I am building dashboard in Qlik Sense. My source is excel file. I have a bar chart Hour vs count(call_id).

I am not able to sort the X axis (Hour). I have tried all possible option in available in Qliksense. Chart is always showing hour as sorted as excel file containing.

Could you please help.

Have you tried to sort by hour? Also have you made sure that your sorting by hour is above sort by your expression?

I think you need to drag Hour ahead of Avg Handle Time.

wow...great....it worked...is this depends on this sequence? How qlik internally works?

Sarif -

Yes, you can use the order to determine what do you want your chart to be sort by first. This is powerful in a sense that it gives you the option to decide if you want to sort by expression or dimension.

And I am not from product development team, but I think I should be safe in saying that, Yes, this is how it works in Qlik Sense and this is how it works in QlikView.
