New to Qlik Sense

I'm helping with a proof of concept so I'm working off of a spreadsheet instead of a DB connection. 

I'm struggling with how to re-structure the spreadsheet in order to utilize Qlik.

How would you recommend the sheets be structured?

Hi. Qlik loves tall skinny data rather that short wide data. What about a list with the headings Topic, Question, Employee, Score. You can link this to your Employee data to view your data by which ever element you choose. Average scores by topic, by question. Happiest employees etc
