Stacked Bar Chart From Mulitple Columns of Data

Hello

I'm trying to create a bar chart from multiple columns of data, where each bar represents a column and is stacked by value that is in the column of the data, but am struggling to work out how to do it, if its possible at all.

This is a sample of the data I'm using, under each heading the options I want to show are "Minor", "Major" or "Pass"

Using this data I need to create a chart that looks like this

Is there a simple way to achieve this?

Are you using The Crosstable Load to transform your data?

No,  I'm not familiar with that. I will have a look to see if it works for me.
