Step Charts (plateau, trailing) in Qlik Sense

Is it possible to display 'step charts' on Qlik Sense? In my case I have a field with values either 0 or 1.

I believe this was called plateau (trailing) in Qlikview.

You can't create that with the standard charts. Perhaps there's an extension that can create such a step chart.
