Store and compare previous data set

Hi, i would like to ask it is possible to store the previous data set when there is new data set upload? will it override the old data? and if it is possible to store, can I compare the 2 data set ?? for example able to analysis the difference in the budget from the old data set. thanks:)

Thanks for helping me finding the example.  I have try the example in the post, but I am use qlik sense, I don't know how to set a background color expression for every dimension.

As a first step, don't care about the coloring. You can use the new flag fields to filter the data.

Check if this approach delivers what you want to achieve, and if the amount of your data is not too big to be handled with this approach.
