Streams not showing in a production environment

Hi

I'm moving applications from development to production and I have recreated the streams and applications along with the custom properties of @stream_level_access and @user_level_access.

I have created the associated tags for each property and assigned them to users in the production environment, but the streams/applications don't appear.

I was wondering if was due to the log on method we are using. In development it was DEVFMSB\colin.larcombe but in production we are using colin.larcombe@solidaris.fmsb.

There seem to be no differences at all between the two environments.

Is there some other flag I need to set to be able to see the applications ?

Thanks

Colin

It turns out that there were two accounts per user in the LDAP and I was configuring the wrong one!!

Hi, you can check the 'Audit' to confirm wich users has access to wich streams.

As I see the rule should work, it needs the custom property values assigned to the users.

About the different login format, you can check in the users sections that there is not another user for colin.larcombe. Maybe you have 2 records for the same username and the custom property is assigned to the other user.

I checked the user access to the stream and it was fine. It says I have access to it. There are no other accounts of that name.
