Stuck at Data Model Viewer QlikSense

Hi All, My Qlik Sense Desktop was stuck at this page and never show the data model even after 1 hr waiting.

I just migrate from old laptop to new laptop and it become like this. Everything else working fine.

Anyone knows what's going on ?

What is the version of qliksense app? app size? and also is u r new machine has sufficient RAM?

Hi Devarasu,

Am using QLIK Sense Desktop June version, not yet using Sept. File size about 4mb. New machine is a lot better than old machine, RAM is sufficient too.

The same apps work fine in old machine with older specs, but not in new machine.

Thanks, I cannot share the apps, but i can recreate the same scenario in a testing apps. Let me try to do it and upload later.
