TOTAL in Set Analysis does not work when Hide Null Values is ticked in Dimension (Table chart)

I have:

where Result Name is calculated Dimension with unticked 'Include null values'

and Ad Cost is:

I want this: 

But the result in Ad Cost is zero since I unticked null values in Result Name and it seems that TOTAL does not take into account those nulls.

Is there way I can do both 'no null values' with 'total' in Table?

FYI - that's what happens when I tick back Hide null values. Ad cost is correct, BUT there are null values in Result Name which I don't want to see:
