Table could not be loaded from source

I was referring to this tutorial (https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-6941#start=25), but when I open the data manager its saying that the table could not be loaded from the source. What might be the problem?

I've tried to follow the tutorial but all works fine.

Are you sure to have the source files in the correct location ?

Have you select the correct excel sheets inside the excel files ?

Are you sure to have done the same passages of the tutorial ?

Have you alterate the automatic genereted code by using data load editor ?
