Hi Brabbi

Try a Pivot table with Group of Metric as the first dimension and Metric as the second one (both under the Row area). You will need to add some measure as well (even if it is something like Count(Metric) for a start). Then go to Appearance -> Presentation and tick Fully expanded and untick Indent rows.
