Task Failed in QMC

Hi,

 

When i reload application in desktop its work perfect, but in QMC the task is failed and i have error message :

 

rror: Cannot open file: 'lib://QSAPP_ROOT/data\qvd\MyQVD.qvd  (Nativepath: *** System error: ***)

 

Please any help

is this qvd available on server?? with lib config?

Looks like your QMC service ID do not have access to "lib://QSAPP_ROOT/data\qvd\MyQVD.qvd".
You need to ensure, whatever service account has configured for QMC service should have access to the lib folder and if that's the case then it should work!
