Tasks 'Scheduler' not working properly

When I reload the published app in the QMC, the app is not being updated and the status of the tasks is showing as 'Triggered' and not as 'Success'. But however, in the Qlik Sense server, the app is working fine along with the updates.

For Example: Once the app is pulished the updates are not reloaded in the published app and even after reloading the app the data is shown of the previous time.

So I don't know if there is an error in the app publishing part or an error is occuring on the QMC side.

Hi Chanin,

Kindly go through the log in task pane for that particular app or try duplicating the published app and reload the same manually and see if its reloading fine.

Also, if app is not reloaded properly, at hub it shows data of the last successful reload. So try checking log or manual reload.

Hi,

In Task pane under status of task you shall have an option to click 'i' button and download log as shown

you can check log and see the details.
