The app isn't loading

Hi all,

I was working on app I've created in the last few months. I have tried to open it yesterday and it doesn't work. After clicking on the app, it's stuck on the loading page.

I have tried to copy the app to the cloud (The app was on Qlik Sense Desktop) and the same problem happen there as well, so I guess it's a problem with the app.

What can I do to fix it?

Hi Omri,

The app may have become corrupt. Try openning it without data. To do this open Qlik Sense Desktop and right click on the app.  Select "Open without data" from the menu.

You may try opening in browser in case you are trying in QS desktop. Was the app created in same version of QS you are currently using. No direct clue but just trying to think of options

Yes, I have created the app twice on both versions. It's the second time it happens.
