Since the information that Jill shared does not solve your issue, please start a support case with the Qlik Support desk as provide. The information you shared here is insufficient to investigate the issue you are reporting thoroughly.

In your case include the following

--all windows server system and application event logs when the issue occurred

--All qlik sense logs. See https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-To-Collect-Log-Files-From-Qlik-Sense-Ent...

--when you first noticed the issue

--version of Qlik Sense

--existing or new deployment

--DEV or Production server

In the meantime, you should ensure that all services are up and running. Rebooting your Qlik Sense server before proceeding above may resolve the issue in the interim as well.

Kind regards...
