Trouble loading Qlik Sense desktop free version

i was trying to load qlik sense desktop on my system and I soon noted that progress on the install is very very slow, and it get timed out.

I actually also tried copying the install file from the flash drive to desktop AND THEN INSTALLING FROM THAT, BUT THAT ALSO CRASHES/FAILED.

Please advise !

can you post screenshot. I recently installed and I faced issue couple of times but then it went through when I restarted the machine and did a clean install. Also are you connected to internet? It validates user ID password before install

I am always online so internet should not be an issue.

I will restart the machine and try again and see what happens. will try to get the screenshot then.

restarting the system and reinstalling works fine !! thankyou so much for the suggestion 🙂
