UI stuck in Mobile layout

Hello Folks,

I have a user, who is on Windows 7 (Papyrus Edition) and when they visit our QS website, it adopts the mobile layout.  Is there a way we can prevent the mobile format from being switched to while on their laptop?  When the user looks at the QS website through attached/extended displays, the layout is fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does the laptop have an input mode that is active?

Something signaling that it is in a tablet format for touch screen?

Not sure about the input modes, but I know this isn't a touch screen as this laptop is before touch screens were really a thing.

Ah I see. Well that throws out one theory.

Have you tried the classic "use a different browser" approach?

Oh, hello Curt, it's me Justin!  Fortunately for me, the users Windows 7 laptop got stolen while on a trip to Houston, TX.   So I don't think I will be having this problem any longer.
