UK Maps help

Hiya, 

I've read various questions already posted and can't get it to work... 

I've got a very simple data set.. It has Post Town (town), Postcode and country code

When I load this into Qlik and try to make it into a map, it comes up with an '!' error saying it can't find the postcode locations.

The way it shows in the error is:

Postcode,UK:XPC

Does anyone know why this is or how to make it work?

Can you share a sample of the data? Also are you using the native map or the GeoAnalytics map?

I think I've found the problem, from other forums (from 2019) they state that maps won't work with Northern Ireland... Do you know if this is still the case? All my postcodes are Northern Ireland

That is likely the case then. Here is the recognized coverage areas currently.
