URL assigned to Button not downloading the document

I have a created a button in Qliksense Dashboard and assigned a website URL to navigation action, as ='http://abc.com/sites/reportmetatdata/Document - Drink.docx'

when I click on button no action is performed, Qlik service account was provided permission to access/download the document from the URL.

where is the issue.

Please check first that It is downloading If you access URL directly? If so, Button should work since Qlik is not doing anything here as you have directed to URL to download..
