Unable to access Qlik sense desktop

Hi All,

We do have license's like professional and Analyzer. Whoever users have Analyzer license , they are unable to authenticate from Qlik sense desktop (Version Feb-2020), Error message : Can not access you the hub no access pass.

Is there any alternate way to over come this. In the license model document saying analyzer access can't open desktop.

Could you please some one conform this or any alternate solution on this.
