Unable to install Qlik Sense Desktop November 2018

Hello,

Previously installed Qlik Sense Desktop April 2018, and am attempting to update/install the November 2018 version.

I get an error during installation (attached error log file).

I am also unable to uninstall - there is no uninstall button when I run the setup file (both the old April 2018 and November 2018 setup file)

Appreciate if anyone can help me out on this.

Hello,

Try to uninstall qlik sense from control panel and try again.
