Unable to launch qlik sense desktop(HTTP request for url /migrate/ping failed with error code 12029)

HI Friends,

I am unable to launch Qlik Sense desktop and the error log is as follows. This issue happened suddenly and earlier it was working fine. Please help to suggest how to resolve this issue.

For any chance do you have any Anti-virus on you machine? Yes, please disable it and restart Qlik Sense desktop.

Hi Andrei/Giuseppe,

As I have a corporate laptop, IT security team will not authorize disabling anti-virus s/w on the laptop.

Can you please recommend an alternative solution here?
