I am trying to use Qlik Sense Desktop, but after I choose "Log in with Qlik account" and enter my username and password I get the following error:
Hi ,it appears you are trying to use your old Qlik Sense Cloud account. You have already associated this account with your Qlik Account with username: xxxxx_xxxxxx. Please use your Qlik Account to login
This is a bit confusing, as the account name it claims is my old Qlik Sense Cloud account is the same as my Qlik Account (and the same account I have used to log in to write this..)
Any idea how to get past this?`
