Unable to log into Qlik

Hi there

I am trying to log into my Qlik account but get the error message "ÿour account has been blocked after multiple login attempts." What I dont understand is that if I try to login using a WIFI connection I am able to but not through my company network. Other users in my company are able to login into Qlik so its not a firewall issue. I am able to login in at home or outside my company with the same username and password, but not at my workplace. It seems like my account is only blocked when I try and login through the company network. My IT department cannot pick up anything that blocking the Qlik app. Does any one know how to resolve this issue without changing my password.
