I am unable to start the services 0f qlik web connector ,here error arises try to start the service,

yes I  am already search for error in qlik community it not usefull

I wouldn't say this. The error 1064 isn't a specific Qlik error else a general error that the windows services couldn't handle the request. There are multiple causes possible - from a not valid installation to wrong configurations and further to all kinds of security stuff (user-rights, ports/firewall/proxies, encryption, token, certificates and similar stuff). Therefore, all links within the search might give valuable hints even if the error happens in regard to any data-base or logging-service or other tools.
